Over the past decade, the Tecnica Group Ski Competence Center — the biggest employer in town and main production facility for Nordica and Blizzard skis — has produced a majority of SKI Magazine’s top-scoring all-mountain planks, which also happen to be the best-selling skis in the United States.

Secondo Snowsports Industries in America, il Blizzard Black Pearl 88 e il Nordica Enforcer 100 sono stati i due sci più venduti negli Stati Uniti nel 2019. Entrambi gli sci hanno costruito famiglie attorno a questi modelli con varie caratteristiche utilizzando gli stessi nomi. Alcuni esempi sono il Nordica Enforcer 93, terzo sci più venduto del 2019 negli Stati Uniti, e il Black Pearl 98, il migliore nei test del 2019, per concludere con il migliore nei test Nordica di quest’anno, l’Enforcer 104 Free.
Non so se ci fosse mai stato così tanto orgoglio per Mittersill prima che Tecnica Group arrivasse in città. Ma sono certo che, con i processi in atto e gli investimenti nel team dipendenti in azienda, ci sarà sicuramente molto altro in arrivo.
